What Is PGLF?

The Preparing Global Leaders Forum (PGLF) is an educational non-profit organization dedicated to changing the paradigm of leadership through intensive institutes, seminars and summits worldwide. PGLF was founded in 2012 by Dr. Sam Potolicchio, Director of Global Education at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University and Professor and Department Chairman at the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Moscow, Russia.

PGLF’s mission is to cultivate and prepare a network of innovative leaders who excel at bridging across diverse disciplines, demographics, and divides. PGLF is composed of three existing schools—in Russia, in Macedonia, and in Jordan—and from 2017, a fourth school is joining the PGLF network: PGLF Croatia.

This international educational program is designed for the best students and young professionals around the world. Our program seeks to prepare aspiring global leaders with the tools that are necessary for effective leadership in an increasingly complex and changing globalized world.

The PGLF faculty worldwide comprises leading scholars in leadership, international politics, economics, innovation, and psychology—among other fields—as well as eminent professionals from wide array of business sectors. Delegates hail from all over the world and come from all six continents.
